Charles Henery has worked in the retail industry for 15 years during this time he has worked with over a 100 of the UK’s top independent buyers and has visited almost every major city to analyse stores and the local retail environment. This has given him in-depth understanding of the UK retail industry plus an enviable little black book of contacts that can help shape the success of up and coming brands.

Charles was instrumental is driving the sales results achieved by Carhartt, which is now turning over around £6 million through wholesale accounts in the UK and established the brands stand alone store in Covent Garden from an operations and sales perspective.

After 9 years at Carhartt he was approached to work on a merchandise project for the Gorillaz (the cartoon band created by Damon Albarn of Blur) and set up a global distribution network of agents and sales teams.
