Tim Bourne
Tim began his career in a Windsor based advertising agency and moved to London in 1984 to join PML (now Joshua). Two years later he set up his own below-the-line agency (BBL) for the KLP Group, which later became part of Euro RSCG. Following moves to Interfocus and new start-up agency, Billington Cartmell, Tim joined exposure in 1997 as Joint Managing Director moving to CEO in 2006, bringing over 20 years of experience.
Tim's vision for exposure was to establish a second core pillar to the business, where blue-chip brands could operate in symbiosis with the established fashion and lifestyle offering. By utilising the well-established exposure network of partners and associates, the company could confidently promise to make brands more relevant to young people.
Tim joined the Agency with two clients, Bass Breweries and Disney, with current accounts including Sony PlayStation, 3, Channel 4 and global drinks brand Diageo.
Tim is an expert in client servicing and strategic thinking, who brings robustness to the Agency whereby creative campaigns are measured according to strict FMCG KPIs and return on investment criteria.
Tim is married with 2 children.
